Young Adults

The group usually meets every other Wednesday from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm in the Parish Library. The format is a potluck style social with some kind of "study" afterwards. Our aim is to provide a space for young adults (that's self determined if the individual feels like they fit that descriptor; though as a general rule of thumb 18-40) to gather for fellowship and talk about their faith in the context of the current study that we are tackling. Other social activities are also offered throughout the year. If you're interested or have questions email: or call Brian Hefer in the parish office: 651-227-7669 x 311.

Current Study

Every Other Wednesday, May 8-July 31, 7:30-9 pm, Parish Library
Now that we’ve concluded our Lenten Small Group Ignatian Retreats, we have started up our Young Adults Group, meeting every other Wednesday. For the next few months, we're going to be discussing the Seven Pillars of Catholic Social Teaching. As usual, we'll do a potluck style, have discussion questions to go with each of the seven topics, and have time for socializing after the study. Feel free to invite friends - all are welcome! Schedule is as follows:

May 8: Life and Dignity of Human Person
May 22: Dignity of Work and Rights of Workers
June 5: Call to Family, Community and Participation
June 19: Option for the Poor and Vulnerable
July 10: Care for God’s Creation
July 17: Solidarity
July 31: Rights and Responsibilities
