ABOUT OUR FREE STORE

• The St. Thomas More Free Store is a community outreach ministry of St. Thomas More Catholic Community which provides clothing and small housewares for free. We offer new and gently used clothing, linens, shoes, housewares, and small household items, free of charge. 
• The store is open on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month from 10am-noon for guests.
• Donations can be dropped off in the bins in the church during STM Mass times.
• We are located in the basement of St. Thomas More School.
  Guests may fill 2 grocery bags of items and visit as often as they wish. We serve an average of 30 guests each weekend and never ask for documentation of any kind.
• We are always looking for volunteers to help sort, stock and staff the store. Any amount of time is helpful and greatly appreciated.

Items always in need:

• New underwear, socks, bras, in sizes from infant to adult (these are among the most requested items)
• Clean sheets/pillowcases, blankets and comforters, indicating sizes
• Clean bath towels
• Children and adult clothing – all sizes, all seasons
• Monetary donations - you may drop a check in the collection basket, mail it to the Parish Center, or donate online—be sure to choose the "Free Store" fund

Items we cannot take:

• Any items that are torn, dirty, or missing pieces
• Electronics, appliances with electrical cords
• Infant car seats
