Beginning Capital Campaign Construction Next Week!

Langer Construction was on site this week to kick off
Capital Campaign construction of the addition to the church and renovation of the undercroft (lower level).
Mobilization will begin next week, which means that portions of the parking lot north of the parish center will not be available, except parking spaces immediately adjacent to the school. Accessible entrances to the church will be noted on the campus. Following mobilization, work will begin on demolition of the garage, followed by excavation of the foundation and lower level of the addition. The addition should be enclosed by winter. The project will take approximately 12 months, including installation of fixtures, furniture and landscaping.
When completed, the $4.6 million project will include a fully accessible entrance lobby and gathering space, new bathrooms adjacent to the undercroft and parish center, renovations to the undercroft, including flooring, lighting, and a prep space for event catering, and air conditioning. We are grateful to the many donors and volunteers who have made this project possible.
