Ignatian Lent Retreat

BEGINS THE WEEK OF FEBRUARY 20

Lent is a special time in the cycle of the Catholic Church in which we are invited to nurture our relationship with God and deepen our appreciation for God’s enormous and unconditional love for us. We have designed a Lenten Ignatian Retreat in Daily Life to help guide you through the season!

This retreat is rooted in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Traditionally, the Spiritual Exercises are experienced by going away to a retreat center for silent prayer and meditation. Our retreats "in daily life" are designed to help participants experience the Exercises while spending about 30 minutes in silence each day.

We will provide you with prayer material for each day of Lent. The material will include scripture, reflections, poetry, and teachings from Ignatian spirituality. You will also have the opportunity to attend weekly small group meetings (led by a trained group leader) to share your prayer experience and ask questions.

To join us for this retreat, please register below!
