Do you feel exhausted, anxious, or distracted? Do you want to free your mind from mental clutter? Join us for a presentation by Fr. Chris Collins, SJ, author of Habits of Freedom: 5 Ignatian Tools for Clearing Your Mind and Resting Daily in the Lord.
At this presentation, Fr. Collins will discuss five practical tools for developing a habit of daily discernment that will lead to inner calm. Drawing on the wisdom of St. Ignatius Loyola and Ignatius' Spiritual Exercises, Fr. Collins will offer practical spiritual exercises for incorporating these tools into your daily life to help you de-stress, organize your thoughts, and experience the calming presence of Jesus. Don't miss this presentation—sign up below! We do have copies of the book for sale at the parish office for those who would like to read the book prior to the talk.
