COVID upended all of our lives for the last 15 months, and it continues to impact us. While no one was exempt from the effects, in many ways mothers—whether of young children or adult children—often bore a particularly heavy load. Susan Stabile is a member of STM and is a spiritual director trained in the Ignatian tradition. She has significant experience giving retreats and other programs of spiritual formation as well as in offering individual spiritual direction. She currently serves as a Distinguished Senior Fellow at the St. Thomas University School of Law and an adjunct Instructor in Theology at St. Catherine’s University.
