Blessing and Dedication of New Spaces

MARCH 19, AFTER 10:30 AM MASS

Over four years ago, our parish began the "Building the City of God – Here and Now" Capital Campaign to achieve three very exciting and meaningful projects: making the church fully accessible, remodeling the church undercroft, and replacing our parish school’s windows.

Join us after 10:30 am Mass on Sunday, March 19, as we hold a blessing and dedication of our renovated church undercroft Saint Ignatius Hall and Gathering Space. A celebration will follow with pastries and mimosas.

The Campaign Committee wants to thank all parishioners who have contributed! We would
not have been able to accomplish so much without the many people who gave through time,
finances and prayer.

CAPITAL CAMPAIGN DETAILS

Completed Projects:

Church Accessibility & Bathrooms – Accessibility improvements to our church and parish center are central to the design of the new entrance and gathering space. This new structure connects both buildings, provides accessibility to all levels and includes much needed bathrooms.

Church Undercroft – This project enhances the existing beauty of our undercroft by upgrading lighting, flooring and fixtures. We added new serving and meeting areas, as well as a catering kitchen for funeral luncheons and other activities. When fully complete, the project will provide a functioning space for meetings, gatherings, and programs, immediately adjacent to new bathrooms and elevator. With the new addition, this space will be accessible to all.
