Lindsey Bernardy
Lindsey Bernardy
Director of Youth Faith Formation lbernardy@morecommunity.org
Lindsey Bernardy grew up in rural southwest Minnesota. A product of the farm and of the
Catholic faith, she was searching for a new community after finding herself in the Twin Cities for college.
She discovered that in the parish of Saint Thomas More. She received her bachelor’s degree in
secondary education and digital media arts from Hamline University, where she competed on the
basketball and track and field teams, and she transitioned to the world of youth ministry shortly after.
She firmly believes in Pope Saint John Paul II’s sentiment that “[the youth] are the future of the world,
the hope of the Church.” She loves staying active, singing karaoke, cracking jokes that make students
(and adults) roll their eyes, meeting new people, and being reverent in prayer. She hopes these
attributes will positively impact the faith of the youth (and, maybe, the young at heart) of Saint Thomas
More.
