Moments in Every Woman’s Life: A Morning of Reflection for Women

MAY 7, 9 AM - 12 PM, CHURCH

In her book, The Story of Ruth, Joan Chittister suggests that our lives are made up of a series of defining moments that “mark every women’s passage through time in a way separate from the men around her and that shape her as she goes.” Join us for this morning of reflection for women to explore some of those defining moments, using the story of Ruth and Naomi as a metaphor for the experience of all women of the world.

This morning of reflection is an opportunity to explore how we deal with the moments that shape our lives and to reflect on what it means to be a whole woman, a spiritual woman. The morning will include input, prayer, reflection, and discussion.

If you would like to read The Story of Ruth before the morning of reflection, we have several copies available for purchase in the parish office. Please call ahead to reserve a copy and arrange a pickup time.

This morning of reflection is open to all. Please register below to attend!
