At the core of Saint Thomas More's success is a dedicated team of educators. These professional staff, in partnership with parents, work to promote the highest potential of each student.

The faculty are fully licensed, with 60% holding advanced degrees. Two-thirds of the faculty have over ten years of hands-on teaching experience. Approximately 25% of the faculty are male.

The collegial nature of the faculty enables them to work collaboratively to make teaching and learning current, relevant and learner-centered. They regularly attend workshops, continuing education classes and take graduate-level coursework to stay updated on educational best practices.

Each child is unique, and that includes the rate at which they develop various academic skills at an early age.  To properly address this, St. Thomas More employs a full-time academic resource professional to work with children that require extra help or extra challenge.  This includes development of customized work plans to meet the needs of individual students.  The academic resource professional works closely with each child's grade level teacher and with parents, as appropriate.
