The success of children at Saint Thomas More is tied to how they and their family fit into the community.  At Saint Thomas More, there is a place for everyone.  The community helps each family find their fit by connecting them with resources during their transition into the school.  This includes introducing prospective families to ambassador families during the school search, or allowing prospective students to shadow a current student.  This helps students and parents get a first-hand view of daily life at the school.

Because the first few months at the new school can be filled with questions, new families are assigned a mentor family prior to the beginning of the school year.  Mentor families also make sure that new families are introduced to the wider social network afforded by a vibrant community.  All new families are invited to the opening year BBQ to meet one another, their mentor families and the school administration.
