Our music curriculum strives to contribute to the emotional, intellectual, aesthetic, and physical development of the child.  At Saint Thomas More we believe that music education will provide a child with tools necessary to live a fuller life.  All students are encouraged to develop their innate musicality, explore the language of music and become musically literate (by reading, writing, and creating).  We also encourage students to become familiar with the music of our own culture as well as the music of the world. Through performing, studying, and analyzing, students develop a love and appreciation for all types of music.
