Saint Thomas More is governed by the Canonical Administrator of the parish, Rev. Joseph Weiss, S.J., Ph.D. and the school principal, Mr. Brian Ragatz.  A School Advisory Committee comprised of school parents works closely with the Canonical Administrator and the Principal to develop and implement long-term strategic vision for the community.

St. Thomas More is an accredited member of the Minnesota Nonpublic School Accrediting Association and maintains a long-term strategic plan.
